The Lip Bar is another black owned business that is giving us lipsticks, glosses, and liquid lipsticks suited for all complexions.

Fenty Beauty is always giving the people what they want! Their glossbombs and matte lip paints in particular have unique, unmatched formulas that perform beautifully and feel comfy on the lips.
5. MAKE UP FOR EVER
MUFE may not be typically known for their lip products, but their liquid cream lippies are some of the most creamiest, pigmented lippies ever.
4. NARS
NARS always hits it out of the park, but this year they re-released a bunch of lipsticks in various shades and finishes. Needless to say, I was highly impressed.
3. DOSE OF COLORS
Dose of Colors has always made beautiful liquid lipsticks and glosses, but in 2019 they released a collection of nude lip glosses that made me swoon.

Milani is one of the best drugstore brands in the game - their latest Ludicrous glosses are game changers at an affordable price.

UOMA BEAUTY launched this year with some heavy hitters - their Badass Icon matte lipsticks are one my fave launches of 2019. From the packaging, to the shade choices, to the pigmentation, you need at least one of these lipsticks in your makeup bag RN.
